It should be taken both in the morning and at night so that a total of at least 14 grams is taken for every 100 pounds of body weight. Essentially, it is a fatty acid that helps gain muscle and aids in fat loss as well as other bodily functions.

In conclusion then, these nutritional supplements are the crucial ones according to current supplement wisdom and whilst there will always be debate over the latest supplement these are probably not the ones to be left out of the serious bodybuilder’s diet.
